About Teeter-Tots Playgroup Meetup for 5 and under

This is for moms who live in the Blackwood, Camden Burlington and Gloucester County areas who have children ages 5 and under. This is a relaxed playgroup with no mandatory meetings to attend and welcome stay-at-home moms in addition to working mothers/single mothers. We will try and schedule family events on weekends and moms night out. I am looking for moms who want to ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE in groups, not just join a club just to join.

I am a full-time mom and work full-time, so it may be hard for me to make it to a lot of events. However, I wanted to start something where moms make friends with people who have children under 5 and build friendships that last a lifetime.

I only ask if you have a problem with another member, to take it up with that member. We are not here to bad mouth anyone. After all, if it wasn't for our children, we wouldn't even think of joining a moms group. If I or my assistants see anything on a message board that is inappropriate, we will remove a member immediately.

If you see a playdate that is scheduled and you can't make it and interested; and if no one signed up except for me or my assistant organizers, we would be willing to change that date that will work for you. I will only allow 1 change per member per month for fairness of other members. However, if there is 1 RSVP from another member, we can't change it. Alternatively, we are wiling to schedule the same event the same month.

My assistants and I have coordinated a Sunshine Club. So, in order of a death in the family, surgery, or if a mom has a baby, people may volunteer to sign up to make 1 meal for that family.

Dues are to be paid before you are accepted. I accept cash via mail or can meet in person. I will not accept anyone else in any similar playgroups unless you are planning to leave that playgroup or on the referral of someone in our group.
