Stroller Strides is having it's Grand Opening for it's 2nd location on Thursday, July 24th from 9:30-11:00 at Cool Creek Park and Nature Center in Hamilton County. There will be prizes and give a ways and a 1 hour Stroller Strides class for FREE!

Stroller Strides is a National Fitness Program for Moms with their babies. It is a 1 hour workout that includes power walking and intervals of strength and cardio training throughout the workout!
