Bonjour mes amis! It's been a while since we had a meetup. I am scheduling two meetups, both on Saturdays, as I am progressing in my pregnancy & I could use my hubby's help during it :) For these meetups, they will be for 30 minutes and you and your babies and/or tots will be: (a) singing easy & short French songs, with hand gestures you'll find addictive and fun, (b) dance to the beat of favorite French children songs, and (c) engage each other and babies/tots in French. Following the half-hour sessions, feel free to enjoy each other's company and the fantastic park, it has restrooms, swings and play areas for various age groups. Also, there are benches and covered seating areas. It is also adjacent to Madison's downtown central business district - which is alot of fun as well. *Also, these events, being on a Saturday, could be a great way to get daddy involved too! :) A bientot!

For this series of events, I intend to introduce various games (hand gesture games), as well as identify babies/tots' favorite toys in French (optional), have them play with them, as well as mix in some French songs/rhymes that we could sing to and basically have a fun with. What a way to take advantage of the the morning sun and the lush park grass. Feel free to bring food for your little ones to picnic with and of course, feel free to enjoy the park, which has wonderful swings (for babies & tots) and baby and tot sections of play activities. This is a half hour class, followed by free play time for members & babies/tots. Also, if for some of you a different date and time works best, please advise and I'll see what can be worked out based on your feedback. A bientot & can't wait to catch up with you in late Spring! For now, I would like to take a two month break and then jump back in May with fun French playgroup sessions, every other week for two months. The Martha Stewart Show GROUP RESERVATION CONFIRMATION We are excited to have members of your group, of French for Infants, Tots and Parents group to be in the live studio audience. Please note that as a courtesy for booking your group with you, we ask that only the specific members of your group that we discussed be a part of the group that attends on show day. · Show Date and Time: Wednesday, March 4th– 2:00 pm Show. Shows generally tape for at least one hour. Some shows may tape longer, so please keep your departure time flexible. If you are on a tight schedule, please be sure to let us know prior to your attendance on show day.
· Arrival Time: 1:30 pm. Showtime begins at 2:00 pm. · Studio Location: Chelsea Television Studios, 221 W. 26th St., between 7th and 8th Avenues. Subway: 1 train to 28th Street or C train to 23rd Street. Bus: M 20 runs along 7th and 8th Avenues. Parking garages are located along 26th Street all the way from 10th Ave. to 5th Ave. The closest garages-parking lots are located between 7th and 8th Avenues. · What to wear: Dress your Best! Cute jeans, chic dress, or a fun outfit- Bright colors photograph best, and we ask that you refrain from wearing white. Men- polo type shirts or a button up shirt are best, with or without a blazer or jacket- it’s your call. No hats, t-shirts or sleeveless tops, please.

Proposed agenda: French alphabet: sing along, incorporating use of rattles. French children songs: sing along, incorporating use of rattles.
