We offer free & cheap daytime activities for toddlers (walking, but under 3-years-old) in Kirkland, Redmond, & Bellevue. Designed mostly for nannies and stay-at-home caregivers because activities are weekdays during the daytime. This playgroup is only open to families with children attending kindergarten at Medina Elementary in Medina, WA. This is a group for Chinese-speaking families with kids 1-3 years old and wanting to make friends with other families alike. We'll get together for all kinds of fun stuff enjoyable by both our little ones and ourselves, such as story time at libraries, visiting the zoos and museums, holiday events, play dates at fun places and our homes! We coordinate play date opportunities for kids to get together generally in the greater Bellevue area during the week days (9-5 range, but most typically AM). Primarily for newborns through preschool age.   We will occasionally venture outside this area when special events are elsewhere.  A night out without the kids, as well as philanthropic events.

This is a playgroup for infants to toddlers to acquire and use American Sign Language. Hearing babies and deaf babies are welcome, as well as their parents. I am fluent in ASL and have been part of the Deaf community for many years. I started this group to give my hearing son (age 7 months) a group of peers who sign regularily. The group accepts all level of signers, and I will be giving lessons in ASL to those parents who would like more grammar and vocabulary assistance.
